Warranty service Our policy Manufacturers often cover parts and labor for a certain period of time. Then they cover parts only for a longer period of time. Some companies will cover special electronic parts such as a control board for the longest period so that you will not be afraid to buy a technologically advanced machine. At Coffee Brothers, we are about servicing what we sell. If you buy a new piece of equipment from us and the parts are still under warranty, we will cover the labor at our own expense. It is part of our commitment to quality of sales and service and it gives you confidence when buying from us. |
